What to include

To help us answer faster, include what applies:

• Your Agency’s name.
• The email address you use to sign in to Coreway.
• The load number, if the question is about a load.
• Screenshots of what you see, including any error message.
• For the driver app: your phone model, Android or iOS, and the app version (shown in the App).
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead.

Never send your password by email. We will never ask for it.

Security issues

If you believe you found a security vulnerability in Coreway, email support@corewaydispatch.com with the subject “Security”. Describe the issue and the steps to reproduce it. Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before sharing it with others.
