Coreway is the dispatch system for agencies that run carriers. You still find loads on DAT and Truckstop. Everything after that, creating the load, sending it to the driver, proof of delivery and both ledgers, happens here.

How a load moves

  1. Find

    You book the load on the board, as you do today. Coreway starts when you have the rate confirmation.

  2. Dispatch

    Create the load in the portal: broker, load number, stops, rate, miles. Assign a truck and a driver. The driver gets a push notification.

  3. Accept

    The driver accepts or rejects in the app, with a reason. A rejection sends the load back to you; nothing is lost.

  4. Deliver

    Arrival and departure stamps at every stop. BOL at pickup, POD at delivery, photographed and stored with the load.

  5. Settle

    Two ledgers close the load: what the broker owes the carrier, what the carrier owes the agency. Driver pay follows the plan you set.

For drivers

One app, in English or Spanish. See the loads assigned to you, accept or reject them, mark your stops, upload the BOL and the POD from your phone, and see what you earned per load and when you get paid.

Location is shared only during an active load and only if your agency turns it on. The app tells you while it is on.

The app is in private testing on Google Play and TestFlight. Your agency sends you the invitation.

Where it stands

Coreway is in a private rollout with its first agencies. Access is by invitation: write to us, tell us how many carriers and trucks you run, and we will get back to you within one business day.

Questions agencies ask

Do I still need DAT or Truckstop?

Yes. Coreway does not search for loads. It takes over once you have booked one and have the rate confirmation.

Who can use it?

A dispatch agency and its team, the carriers it dispatches for, and their drivers. Drivers join with an invite code from the agency.

Can a driver sign up on their own?

No. Every account belongs to an agency. Public sign-up is closed on purpose.

Does it track drivers?

Only when the agency enables it, and only during an active load. The driver sees a notification while it is on and can turn location off in the phone settings.

What does it cost?

Pricing is agreed per agency during onboarding. There is no public price list yet.
