Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
LUXERAN LLC wants everyone to be able to use Coreway, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA on this website. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is also our target for the dispatcher portal at app.corewaydispatch.com and for the Coreway driver app for Android and iOS.
What we do
- Semantic HTML: pages use proper headings, landmarks, lists and tables so screen readers can navigate them.
- Keyboard navigation: every link and control can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Contrast: text and interface colors are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Reduced motion: motion is minimal, and we respect the “reduce motion” setting of your device.
- Text alternatives: meaningful images have text alternatives, and decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- Resizable text: pages work when text is enlarged or the browser is zoomed.
- Two languages: the website is available in English and Spanish, with the page language declared for assistive technology.
Known limitations
- Documents uploaded by users, such as rate confirmation PDFs and photos of proof of delivery or bills of lading, come from brokers, carriers and drivers. We cannot make their content accessible.
- Third-party sign-in screens for Google and Apple are controlled by Google and Apple, not by us.
